Dennys Restaurant

Project: Dennys Lake Elsinore

Location: Lake Elsinore, CA

Type: New Construction, Restaurant/Commercial Kitchen

Back in Licha Constructions early history, restaurants were a large portion of or work load, since then, other types of comercial construction have taken the lead. This Dennys is an example of Licha Constructions History. Built in 1993 by Licha Construction, this Dennys is a well known dining location for travelers and Lake Elsinore redisents alike. Extensive underground utility modification took place before above-ground construction could begin.

St James Presbyterian Church

Project: St. James Presbyterian Church

Location: Ventura Blvd. Tarzana, CA

Type: Church/Religious Facility

Originally completed back in 1995, Licha Construction built a new sanctuary and offices (pictures above). Complete with all modern amenities, old world details such as real leaded stained glass were also included. The congregation was so pleased with our work that over a decade later in 2010 they called us back to renovate their fellowship hall, commercial kitchen and classrooms (built over 60 years ago). This portion of the project was not included in the construction of the main facility in 1995. Licha Construction renovated these areas by installing 100% new HVAC, electrical, plumbing, roof, windows, doors, storefront, restrooms, flooring, as well as reconfiguring the layout of the building. This portion project was design/build which included Pasadena Architect, Tyler & Gonzales.

Walgreens Santa Fe Springs

Project: Walgreens

Location: Santa Fe Springs, CA

Type: Retail Warehouse

After having completed dozens of pharmacy/retail buildings in our history, this was Licha Construction's first Walgreens. Due to the age of the area, and the high density of buildings and utilities, extensive underground utility work needed to be completed. Before above ground construction could begin, the dirt site became a maze of shoring plates and trenchs as utilies were replaced, relocated and added. Since this project, the developer has requested Charles Licha Construction to bid all other Walgreens. Construction was smooth arriving on time and on budget.
